The client wanted his recently purchased house to open up to the sights, sounds and views of the Manatee River in Bradenton, Florida. An upward sloped roof helped bind the residence’s relationship to the river and allowed for an interesting patio and pool deck design. The new outdoor areas included and an outdoor fireplace, a bar, a large swimming pool, a private spa and a variety of public and private patio spaces.

Created a 3D model for design exploration. Model was used to convey the design process to the client and as well as rendered images to reveal the design intention.
