New Construction - Sports Research Building

The Research Building is a 35,000 SQFT proposed project for the IMG campus in Bradenton, Florida. The program includes a welcome center, sports science laboratories, a medical clinic, a strength and conditioning gymnasium, innovation center for a tennis manufacturer and support facilities. Design features include an expansive glazing on the north facade and space frame roof structure with minimal interior supports.

Building Programmer + Research

Part of team to develop program and space requirements of building. Coordinated with sports and medical manufacturing consultants to allocate specific space and design requirements into overall building design.

Researched structural design components and presented a proposal to client and structural engineer.

3D Model Designer

Created a 3D model of building proposal. Model was used to convey the design process to the client and as well as rendered images to reveal the design intention.

Drafting + Design Production

Drafted schematic design documentation for design and surrounding surface improvements.

Built.
