7 story residential apartment located in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle, WA. Street level contains walk-up apartment units, a residential lobby, amenity spaces and a corner retail space. Above are 6 levels containing 76 residential units, an upper level garden space and a rooftop amenity space. A basement garage hosting a mechanical parking system has been provided for the 48 parking stalls. The project totals 84,000 GSF.

PROJECT ARCHITECT

Responsible for overseeing the development of the design, production of the construction documents and advancing the project through the permits phases. Worked closely with the developer to understand the requirements of the project. Coordinated with General Contractor and consultants in the development of the construction documents.

BUILDING PERMIT PHASE

As of February 2022, City of Seattle has approved Early Design Guidance, Design Review and Master Use Permits. Building Permit is in the review process.
